After Greece, I flew to Portugal to meet my parents at the start of their vacation. It rained pretty much every day. We walked through Porto's wet streets, visited Santiago de Compostela in the drizzle, and crossed into Valença under gray skies. Not exactly the weather we hoped for, but we made it work. The azulejos beautiful as always, and at least the crowds were smaller. Sometimes you just take what you get.
